Items Needed
- Shaving Cream
- Food coloring
- Piping bag (or ziplock bag)
- Paper cupcake cups
- Decorations (glitter, confetti, beads, etc)
Step 1: Add shaving cream and a few drops of food coloring in bowl, then stir. (She wanted yellow AND blue. She learned that together they make green)
Step 2: . Spoon in piping bag, and squeeze into cupcake cup.
(Don't forget to tell your child that you CANNOT EAT THIS. My munchkin might have tasted a little on her finger.. I mean, we do it all the time when we are really baking, why not do it with these?)
Step 3: Decorate! I had some confetti shapes, leftover green pasta noodles (from when we made a Shamrock Necklace), beads, and some glitter to make it sparkle. One by one she put all the decor on.
And that's it! One cupcake down. The next step is to repeat.
Mixing up some red.
(Notice her shirt also has cupcakes on it? Very fitting.)
All done! (Don't you just love her "cheese!" face?). With so much shaving cream and decorations, it was very heavy and flattened out the cupcake cups. Oh well. Maybe next time we will put them in a muffin pan.
